That’s where dark chocolate-covered Chok’s Organic Chocobanna from Guayaquil, Ecuador-based Amerifoods will be showcased, along with non-organic dark chocolate and milk chocolate-coated frozen banana offerings.
Rich in fiber and high in potassium, the nutritious products are now being distributed in Chok’s brand retail boxes. Private label co-packing options are available as well.
For buyers seeking exotic fruit ingredients from Southeast Asia, Thailand Frozen Durian will be found at 3 Seasons Fruit Industry Co. Ltd Stand H-043c in Hall 11.3. The Bangkok-headquartered company is targeting ice cream and yogurt manufacturers as well as makers of elaborate desserts.
Durian is regarded by many people in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia as the "king of fruits.” It can grow as large as 30 centimeters long and 15 centimeters in diameter, and typically weighs one to three kilograms when harvested. The value-added product is distributed husked, sliced and diced in easy-to-use IQF form by the producer.

For those who want to indulge in a drink with the avocado dip or on any other occasion, Crop’s NV is offering a frozen fruit mix for Sangria made of grapes, mandarin, apple, peach, strawberry, in apple and green melon at Stands B-029 and C-208 in Hall 4.2.
The Ooigem, Belgium-based company will also be promoting fruit and veggie blends for smoothies. Among its mixes is a Green Smoothie recipe that features kale, mango, banana and a touch of lemongrass. Just add liquid, blend for 30 seconds and enjoy the result. Cheers!
