Our Columbus, Wisconsin headquarters is a state-of-the-art 80,000 square foot facility that is home to sales, applications, engineering, manufacturing, and our 9,000 square-foot test lab. The lab is utilized for new machine design testing, to assist our customers with determining new recipes, and to demonstrate how our machines perform running the customer’s own products.
Some of our most popular rotary drum innovations include Vapor-Flow® (utilizing steam to cook/blanch vegetables), Chill-Flow™ (designed for rapid cooling of pouched products), Clean-Flow® (designed for rapid changeover in prepared meal operations), and Pressure-Flow® (utilizes pressure cooking for IQF rice, hummus, and dry beans).
