convenience products for retail, foodservice and industry. 3 different product groups, each with their own added value and functionality in the kitchen.
Our production sites are strategically located in the most fertile agricultural areas of Europe (Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Hungary and Poland). Pinguin delivers more than 400.000 tons of finished products every year and is present in more than 90 countries around the world.
All our vegetables are grown, harvested and processed by Pinguin, full of passion for the products and with a continuous responsibility towards the environment (people, planet, processes).
HISTORY
A family history, a passion, a mission, …
Over the years, Pinguin evolved from a simple greengrower to a leading, international company. Since 1965 the group is active in the industrial production of frozen vegetables in Belgium. 30 years later Pinguin started up a production facility in the South of France. And in the years to follow the acquisitions happened in rapid succession.
Today Pinguin is, next to Noliko, one of the 2 independent divisions of Greenyard Foods, an important alliance of agro-food companies. Current, Pinguin has about 1.400
employees working in 13 production units spread across Europe.
