Frozens Abound in Seafood Prix d’Elite Competition

Frozen seafood products figure prominently among the 37 finalists from 11 countries that have made the cut in this year’s Seafood Prix d’Elite new products competition. Winners will be named on April 21 at 6:15 PM during Seafood Expo Global in Brussels, Belgium, in a ceremony celebrating the 15th anniversary of a hotly contested rivalry that recognizes the best new seafood products launched in the European market.
