Alexandria, Egypt-based Givrex will hold forth in Hall 4.1, Booth C81, Stand No. 3 at the Anuga in Cologne from October 10-14. The privately owned family company was founded by Robert Mansour in 1978.

The fertile green scene in the Nile Delta region of Egypt is the source of most of the vegetables and fruits it processes and freezes to export around the world and distribute among clients throughout the domestic market. Much of its product is sold to buyers in Europe, North America, Australia and the Middle East.

Other items in the Givrex A to Z assortment of retail and foodservice packs include peeled and non-peeled fava beans, sweet potatoes, spinach, onions, broccoli, vine leaves, okra, molokhia, grilled eggplant, grilled skinless peppers and falafel paste. As for fruits, its extensive offerings range from pomegranate and mangoes to guavas, strawberries, red figs, Zaghloul variety dates and much more.

The company’s motto, “Do it well, otherwise don’t do it at all,” has served it well for almost four decades, as service and reliability continue to be in the forefront as it consistently delivers containers of high quality frozen vegetables and fruits to a growing international customer base.
