Day-Lee Foods, maker of Asian-inspired Crazy Cuizine frozen entrees, has launched Asian Bowls, its first line of single-serve meals. The introduction of three initial offerings took place during the January 22-24 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.

They are distributed in single 11-ounce (312 gram) units and in four-pack boxes.

“The launch marks an exciting evolution for Crazy Cuizine as we enter the individually-portioned frozen meal space for the first time,” said Craig Jaunzemis, director of marketing for the Santa Fe Springs, California-based company. “Our customers have come to know our brand for delivering restaurant-quality family meals from the freezer aisle to the table in less than 18 minutes. We wanted to expand the portfolio to offer convenient options for single-meal occasions, such as lunch at the office, home and school, dinnertime and more.”

Crazy Cuizine Asian Bowls will begin shipping to grocery stores throughout the United States in April. They join an expanding portfolio of convenient family meals from Day-Lee Foods that run the gamut from Korean BBQ Chicken and Sriracha Chicken to Pork Potstickers and Sweet-Chili Chicken.
