Popbar, the New York City-based purveyor of frozen popGelato on a stick, Yogurtpops, popSorbettos and popWich, is warming up the winter holiday season with Hot Chocolate on a Stick treats. No mix or mess here – simply stir the 2 oz. chunk of premium chocolate (surprise, on a popsicle stick) into a cup of hot milk and enjoy!

popbarThe company’s classic flavors include dark, white and milk chocolate. Festive offerings for the holidays, available for a limited time, are peppermint, mocha and caramel chocolate. All six are gluten-free and made with 100% natural ingredients.

Hot Chocolate on a Stick is promoted as “a perfect gift to one’s self or that special someone.” Single sticks can be purchased in any quantity or flavor, while gift sets include three-packs, six-packs, and twelve-packs, each with varieties of classic and/or holiday flavors. Wholesale options are available for retailers looking to resell the sweet treats.

Established in 2010, Popbar currently has 25 stores in the USA, Canada, Panama, Singapore and Russia. There are eight additional outlets currently under construction, and a new unit in Fort Worth, Texas will host a grand opening celebration on January 6. Complimentary pops will go to the first 100 people entering the premises.

On the menu will be 40-plus rotating flavors ranging from the classics to passion fruit, pistachio, kiwi, pumpkin pie and seasonal offerings. Consumers may enjoy the pop as-is, or customize it with premium dippings and toppings that include dark, milk and white chocolate, nuts, sprinkles, waffle cone, caramel corn, and more.
