New Forest Rolls Out Candy Floss Ice Cream for Summer Fun

Endeavoring to bring back fond childhood memories of the fun fair in Britain, New Forest Ice Cream has launched a Candy Floss flavor. This pastel pink novelty joins the Lymington, Hampshire, England-based company’s continental ice cream range and features eye-catching small strawberry sugar crunch pieces, along with a melt-in-the-mouth Candy Floss experience.

With the nation’s ongoing obsession of everything needing to be insta-worthy, the product is right on-trend. Foodservice operators and street vendors imply serve a generous scoop in a sugar sleeved cone and adorn it with tempting toppings for a perfectly pink treat to enjoy at the beach, in a theme park or parlor this summer. From a culinary perspective, it provides a sense of fun for youngsters and nostalgia for adults.

Churned out in a nut-free facility and free from artificial colors and flavors, as are 50 other flavors in the New Forest range, Candy Floss is distributed in 4-liter and 4.75-liter catering tubs. In addition to ice cream and sorbet, the company also offers a choice of cones, wafers, toppings and accessories including branded POS material designed to support caterers and retailers help boost ice cream sales during any season.
