Scelta Fingerfoodballs Score Again, This Time in Barcelona

Fingerfoodballs from Venlo, Holland-headquartered Scelta Mushrooms won the International Award for Best New Product at the Innoval 2014 competition held during the 20th edition of Alimentaria in Barcelona, Spain. The low-calorie, high-nutrition vegetarian snack range features lightly breaded, spherically-shaped mini croquettes filled with six different flavors ranging from Broccoli-Mushroom to Red Cabbage Apple.

Jan Klerken, ambassador and owner of Scelta, and Jules Klerken, product manager, received the award on behalf of the company, after being informed that Fingerfoodballs was among 14 award winning products announced during the March 31 to April 3 show, which is regarded as the largest and most important food and beverage exhibition in southern Europe.
