Robert Ketelarij, commercial director of Venlo, Holland-headquartered Oerlemans Foods BV, will leave the frozen vegetable, fruit and potato manufacturing and marketing company on October 1.

Pieter Kruithof, manager director, said that the reason for this “good, mutual agreement” arises from the intended change within the management team of Oerlemans Foods, following its acquisition from VION Food earlier this year by H2 Equity Partners.

“We thank Mr. Ketelarij for the pleasant cooperation, his personal drive and contribution to the integrated commercial policy of valuable growth,” stated the managing director. “We wish him all success in his new challenge!”

H2 Equity Partners, founded in 1991, is an independent investment company with head offices in Amsterdam. It has approximately EUR 500 million under management and invests in medium-sized companies in the Benelux, Germany and the UK.

With annual turnover of approximately EUR 135 million, Oerlemans Foods employs 740 people and produces over 1,000 products under the Oerlemans, Keizer, Bio+ and Bauer brand names, as well as private labels. Its factories in Holland and Poland cater to the international foodservice, retail and industrial markets.
