Red Lobster Chain Kicks Off Lobster & Shrimp Summerfest

It’s summertime, which for seafood lovers in North America means the return of Lobster & Shrimp Summerfest at Red Lobster restaurants. The limited-time event features four seasonally-inspired lobster and shrimp combinations, of which three are new to the menu.

"This embraces everything there is to love about summer," said Dustin Hilinski, executive chef and director of culinary. "We've paired vibrant flavors, like coconut, pineapple and lemon, with perfectly prepared lobster and shrimp to give our guests the ultimate summertime seafood dining experience."

This year’s Lobster & Shrimp Summerfest lineup features;
