Meanwhile Meredith Cochran, co-founder and chief executive officer of the Osso Good Company, is further spreading the word of the nourishing powers of bone broth by publishing The 7-Day Bone Broth Diet Plan: Healing Bone Broth Recipes to Boost Health and Promote Weight Loss. Her diet advice guide and cookbook combines an actionable weight loss program and nourishing recipes.
“As a passionate scholar of traditional Chinese medicine and herbology, and avid believer in a holistic approach to wellness, I was inspired to write the book to serve as a resource for how to use food, and more specifically bone broth, as a medicine to help heal the body from the inside out,” said Cochran. “Because bone broth is full of nutrients, collagen, gelatin, amino acids and more, it supports the nourishment and health benefits people crave.”
