DTI Announces Speakers Lineup for Tiefkühltagung in June

June 5 and 6 are the dates and the Hotel During Pallas is the place for the GermanFrozen Food Institute’s (DTI) Tiefkühltagung 2018 in Wiesbaden. The theme of the annual conference is “New Values, New Ways – The Future Begins Now.”

Speakers and subjects scheduled for June 6 are as follows:

  • Future Trends in Nutrition, by Dr. David Bosshart of Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute, Zurich;
  • Supermarket of the Future, by Norbert Hegmann of ENSO eCommerce GmbH, Bremen;
  • Communication in the Digital Age, by Jens Lönneker of Rheingold Salon, Cologne;
  • Future of Work, by Franz Kühmayer, a Vienna-based trend researcher, business consultant and author.

A special highlight of the gathering will be a presentation by Dr. Michael Lendle of Bonn-based AFC Risk & Crisis Consult GmbH that will focus on the frozen food industry’s relations with the media. A panel discussion with company executives will follow his remarks.
