Scott & Jon’s is expanding its microwaveable seafood meal range with three new products: Lemon Butter Dill Salmon, Baja Fish Taco, and Cajun Style Shrimp Alfredo. Each 9.6 oz (272g) bowl “brings restaurant-inspired recipes and high quality seafood to your table in minutes,” according to the Auburn, Maine, USA-based producer.
Product details follow below:
• Lemon Butter Dill Salmon. This rich, creamy dish pairs tender salmon with al dente penne pasta in a refined lemon butter dill sauce.
• Baja Fish Taco. Delicate cod served with a creamy cilantro lime crema and topped with colorful accents including pickled onions.
• Cajun Style Shrimp Alfredo. A spicy twist to the brand’s best-selling Shrimp Alfredo, this bowl combines cooked shrimp, andouille sausage, and al dente penne pasta in am alfredo sauce with just the right amount of tangy heat.
