Agile Cold Storage has marked a significant milestone with the grand opening of a state-of-the-art cold storage facility in Pearl River, Louisiana. Designed and built by Ti Cold, the warehouse represents the second collaboration of the two companies following the successful completion of their first joint project in Macon, Georgia. The partnership continues to flourish, with the construction a third facility already underway in West Seneca, New York, that is set to open by the end of this year.
Located in Pearl River’s industrial district northeast of New Orleans, the Pearl River facility spans over 121,000 square feet and boasts 19,500 pallets. A standout feature of the coldstore is its sustainable refrigeration system, designed to reduce electricity consumption while maintaining precise temperature control ranging from -10°F to +40°F.
