Simon Ball assumed the helm as Nomad Foods Limited’s president for UK and Ireland operations on March 23, assuming responsibility for the company’s leading frozen foods brands including Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s and Goodfella’s. He reports directly to CEO Dominic Brisby.
Simon is a highly experienced senior business leader who has held multiple roles across the food and retail sectors. Most recently serving as managing director of Ornua Foods UK and Europe, he oversaw significant commercial and operational transformation and sat on the global commercial leadership team. Prior to that, he held senior level positions at Greencore, M&S, IPL and William Jackson Food Group.
“Simon brings a wealth of commercial expertise, strategic clarity, and leadership strength to our UK & Ireland business,” said Brisby. “His track record of driving growth, leading complex teams and delivering sustainable performance makes him the right leader for this next chapter.
