McCain Foods USA has launched SureCrisp Seaside Fries, a lightly coated fry that is available to foodservice operators just in time for the summer season. The crispy, straight-cut fries are seasoned with a blend of salt, pepper and garlic, saving meal makers a step in the kitchen.
