FatBoy, North America’s leading ice cream sandwich brand, is introducing two limited-edition holiday flavors: Peppermint and Gingerbread. The Peppermint offering, distributed in six-packs , features cool peppermint ice cream inside dark chocolate wafers for a frosty spin on a holiday favorite, while the Gingerbread option, also distributed in six-packs, boasts Gingerbread-flavored ice cream and graham wafers coming together for a creamy take on the classic holiday cookie.
“Some flavors just instantly feel like the holidays,” said Russell Stokes, chief executive officer of Richmond, Utah-based Casper’s Ice Cream, the brand behind FatBoy. “Peppermint and Gingerbread bring a sense of nostalgia, and we loved the idea of reimagining these holiday favorites as frozen treats that feel both familiar and a little unexpected.”
Both flavors have a suggested retail price of $5.99 and are now available at select Albertsons, WinCo, Bashas’, Eight Point, AFS and Bristol Farms locations in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington.
The holiday launch continues FatBoy’s focus on bringing playful, craveable twists to the frozen novelty aisle, providing shoppers a seasonal way to enjoy the brand’s signature Thick N’ Creamy ice cream sandwiches.
