Bronco Debuts High-Protein, No-Seed Breakfast Bagels at USA Target Stores

Bronco, America’s new breakfast bagel brand from DropOut Companies, has announced an exclusive nationwide launch at Target stores, rolling out with end cap placement in the frozen food section of the chain’s retail outlets across the United States. Two signature flavors, made with whole egg and cheese and without seed oils are now available: Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese (21g protein), and Turkey Bacon, Egg & Cheese (15g protein).

“We believe bagel breakfast sandwiches are the go-to choice for next-gen consumers,” said Connor Blakley, founder of Nashville-based DropOut Companies. “I was tired of frozen bagels that fell apart, tasted like cardboard, and had a rubbery texture. Nobody wants that.”

Bronco’s launch arrives as high-protein breakfasts expand beyond morning hours into all-day utility. Building on the success of DropOut’s first product, JAMS, the company continues its mission to reinvent childhood classics with thoughtful, convenient, quality essentials for modern lifestyles.
