For some time now, Galileo has been maximizing the manufacture of small-size products for distribution in both retail and foodservice sectors. The introduction of Minis spawned a whole new market segment and furthered its reputation as a specialist in creatively producing finger food products.
In business for more than 20 years, Galileo was the first company to introduce frozen bruschetta in Germany, back in the 1990s. Today, with the emphasis on 40-gram MiniBaguttes, it offers Salami, Pomodori (topped with tomato and Edam cheese) and Speciale (topped with salami, boiled ham and mozzarella cheese).
A strong commitment to its Italian roots tradition, along with a widening focus on the international cuisine scene, have combined to enhance and expand Galileo’s “Delicious World” of tasty treats from around the globe. The company’s thinking is multicultural and its recipes are multiculinary, as customers and end users are served flavors to savor from Europe, the Americas and beyond.
Four toppings are available on the MiniPizza menu: Schinken (sour cream sauce, mozzarella, ham and mushrooms); Spinaci (sour cream sauce, spinach, onions and mozzarella), Salami (spicy feta cheese, salami and mushrooms); Schinken-Tomate (tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham and mushrooms).
The Wraps line is not mini in size, as each maxi-flavored offering weighs in at 360 grams. Four choices of filling come wrapped in wheat flour dough tortillas: Salsa (filled with tomato sauce, crème fraiche, minced meat, cheese, paprika, corn, kidney beans and onions); Sour Cream (sour cream, tomatoes, onions and cheese); Chicken (crème fraiche, chicken, cheese, tomatoes and onions); Vegetable (tomatoes, onions, broccoli and spicy cheese).
