North America’s Largest Seafood Show Returns to Boston March 15-17

Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America will kick off at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, Massachusetts on March 15 for a three-day run through the 17th. The annual event attracts seafood suppliers, processors, equipment manufacturers and service providers from around the world who connect with buyers to showcase innovations, forge strategic partnerships and close deals that define the year ahead.

“With 246,665 net square feet of exhibit space and exhibiting companies representing 48 countries confirmed to date, the 2026 edition reinforces its position as the must-attend event for seafood industry professionals seeking to maximize business opportunities in one place,” said Brenna Hensley, a vice president with Diversified, the Portland, Maine-based organizing company.

The expansive exhibition hall will feature an array of products and technologies spanning the entire seafood value chain. Leading suppliers of fish and other marine products will unveil new offerings designed to meet evolving consumer demands for quality, sustainability and convenience, while processing and equipment companies will demonstrate solutions that enhance operational efficiency, food safety and environmental performance.

Seafood buyers from restaurants, supermarkets, catering firms, seafood markets, hotels, airlines and cruise lines, as well as importers, wholesalers and distributors will be on the scene to access thousands of global suppliers under one roof. The popular Wave Makers Zone will return with a full schedule of engaging activities. Highlights include product displays spotlighting the latest market-ready innovations, the prestigious Seafood Excellence Awards honoring the Best New Retail Product and Best New Foodservice Product at the event, the Oyster Shucking Competition featuring top talent, and live chef demonstrations.

A keynote address by Nomi Prins, PhD, macro-economist, geopolitical financial expert and best-selling author, titled “Fork in the Current: The Economic and Trade Realities Shaping Seafood in 2026,” will take place on March 15 at 11 AM EST.
