The World Expo for Foodservice Excellence (SIGEP World ), also known as the International Gelato, Pastry, Chocolate, Bakery, Pizza and Coffee Show, organized by Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), will be back at Rimini Expo Centre from January 16-20. 2026. The event is set to showcase products, technologies and manufacturing innovation featuring 1,300 exhibiting brand, as well as a Frozen Product Hub.
Alongside a solid Italian attendance, represented by leading companies in the nation’s foodservice supply chain, the international component will be significantly bigger than last time – up 28% with 45 countries ready to tap further into the global foodservice market.
Within this constantly expanding landscape, a group of nations stands out for industrial strength and innovation capacity, which, alongside Italy, is driving the sector’s key supply chains. Representatives fin Germany, Spain, France, China, Turkey, Belgium, Poland, the United States, Greece and Denmark will be attending the show to offer technologies, ingredients, products and knowhow.
New entries for the 2026 edition will attend from Canada, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Ecuador, Estonia, Serbia, Singapore, Nepal and the Czech Republic. The exhibition will also feature a National Hall, where collectives of countries showcase their top products. The international picture will be further completed by India, the designated 2026 Guest Country.
