Ti Cold has announced the completion of a new state-of-the-art cold storage warehouse built for Agile Cold Storage in West Seneca, New York, just outside Buffalo. This is the third facility it has designed and constructed for the rapidly expanding 3PL operator.

The 132,865-square-foot facility strengthens Agile Cold Storage’s footprint and expands much-needed temperature-controlled capacity for the region’s food supply chain. Engineered for high performance and long-term efficiency, the building offers 20,000 pallet positions and a 65-foot clear height, with rooms capable of maintaining temperatures from 40°F down to -10°F.
“Launching this facility is a proud moment both for Agile and for me personally.” said Don Schoenl, president and chief executive officer of Agile Cold Storage. “We’re here to help drive economic growth, support local food producers, and prove that Buffalo is a premier logistics hub for the US Northeast and beyond.”
“This project represents the kind of high performance, future-ready cold storage our industry demands,” said Sam Tippmann, founder of Ti Cold. “Agile’s vision and our team’s expertise came together to create a facility designed to operate efficiently.”
