The Surrey, England-headquartered Shop & Display Equipment Association has elected Claire White of Antalis as its new president. Succeeding Mark Chatterton of Morplan, she is the first female to hold the position since the SDEA was founded in 1947.
“It is a real honor to take on the role of president, and I amproud to be the first woman to do so in the association’s history. I look forward to building on this work and helping the association grow in the year ahead,” said White during SDEA’s 79th Annual General Meeting on May 27.
James North was elected vice president during the meeting, which also welcomed Vanessa Keen and Oliver Dunn to the executive council.
