World Finer Foods has launched Cutting Vedge, a line of protein-rich frozen food products made from artichokes. The Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA-based company is offering its new “veggie-forward culinary spin” on dishes ranging from Plant-Based Burgers and Sweet Italian Sliced Sausage to Crumbles and Meatballs. 

Reese artichokes are the primary ingredient, supported by a nutritious mix of spinach, quinoa and chickpeas. The lead vegetable boasts a hearty texture and is regarded as a “superfood” containing antioxidants and vital nutrients. All Cutting Vedge products are ready to serve in just five to ten minutes of preparation time.

With roots dating back to the 1940s, World Finer Foods markets more than 1,000 owned and third-party premium food, beverage and personal care products.
