Caulipower Flowers Again with Debut of Frozen Riced Cauliflower Cups

Vegolutionary Foods has introduced its latest Caulipower brand innovation to retail store freezer cases. The microwaveable and recyclable cups of Cauliflower Rice & Everything Nice come in three varieties:

Baja Style, packed with corn, black beans and red spices; Curried, featuring curry with a subtle kick of turmeric and green herbs; and Sesame Citrus, a tangy sesame flavor with red pepper, edamame, and onion.

The latest additions to the brand’s growing line of products reinvents the riced cauliflower sector with bold flavors that can be enjoyed as either a tasty snack, side dish or convenient anytime meal. At 100 to 160 calories per container, the vegan and keto-certified, non-GMO offerings have just three to five net carbohydrates per serving and no added sugar. Each is a good source of vitamin C, low in total and saturated fat, and devoid of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.

“I said we’d never do riced cauliflower unless we could truly make it better tasting and more convenient. Through this latest innovation, that’s exactly what we’ve been able to do – all in category-busting packaging. It provides a quick, satisfying meal for everyone. Eat it as it comes or add your favorite toppings and you will have social-media-worthy results in as little as four minutes,” said Gail Becker, the Los Angeles, California-based company’s founder and chief executive officer.

With this rollout, Caulipower enters its fourth retail frozen food category in less than 18 months, joining its lineup of cauliflower crust pizzas, baked chicken tenders, bread replacement Sweet PotaToasts, and cauliflower tortillas.

The new range is available for delivery across the USA via Amazon, and is stocked at select stores including Gelson’s, Dierbergs and Busch’s. Nationwide retail distribution will follow at hundreds more grocery outlets later this summer, among them Albertsons/Safeway, Sprouts and HyVee.
