The Wholesale Group is expanding its Chef Approved bakery range with the launch of Cookie Pucks – a ready-to-bake frozen cookie dough designed to help foodservice operators in the United Kingdom deliver freshly baked desserts with speed, consistency and minimal waste.

Developed specifically for professional kitchens, the product bakes straight from frozen in as little as 15 minutes, allowing chefs to produce soft, chewy American-style cookies on demand with no preparation required. This supports busy kitchen operations by reducing labor, improving portion control and limiting waste.

Richard Ellison, own brand manager at the Cheltenham, Gloucestershire-based independent wholesale company, stated: “From a kitchen perspective, Cookie Pucks are about simplicity and control.
