Co-op, the largest consumer co-operative in the United Kingdom and the biggest user of the Co-operative brand, has broadened its Goose Island frozen food line with the launch of two additional flavors, taking the total number of products in the collaboration to seven.
New offerings in the bar snacks range include a BBQ Cheese Feast Pizza (510g) and Double Pepperoni Pizza (515g), which have both been developed with the bold American flavors from Goose Island’s IPA to enhance the takeaway style home dining experience with authentic Italian cooking methods.
The products are made in Italy, hand-stretched with 24-hour leavened dough and baked in a traditional wood-fired oven – ensuring a light and airy crust. Featuring a deep pan pizza base topped with Goose Island IPA BBQ sauce, the Cheese Feast offering combines mozzarella, Emmental, provolone and Italian hard cheese, while the Double Pepperoni variety is finished off with mozzarella and pepperoni pieces.
Targeting consumers looking for quick and easy dinner solutions, the new SKUs are a good match for the brewery’s hoppy beverages which includes Goose Island IPA Single Can (330m) and Goose Island IPA Cans (4 x 330ml). The pizzas also join the existing lineup of Goose Island snacking products which launched in 2021. The five finger food favorites include onion rings, halloumi fries, mac’n cheese bites, chilli cheese bites and loaded fries.

Priced at £3.75 each, the pizzas are available in the frozen food sections across 816 Co-op stores in Britain and online.
