Sorbet Sorority has debuted a frozen dessert line featuring collagen-rich sorbet. Promoted as tasting “as decadent as ice cream, but without the guilt,” the high protein, low calorie, dairy-free and gluten-free products have been formulated to “inspire and empower others on their health and wellness journey.”
Crafted by Dr. Gina Fundaro, a Birmingham, Michigan-based physician who specializes in women’s healthcare, the range came to fruition after searching for healthier options to satisfy her sweet tooth. The result was something entirely new for consumers who crave indulgence, but do not want to forego personal wellness. Each pint is packed with 28 grams of pure collagen protein.

She looked to the California coastline for inspiration to create an inaugural collection of five flavors, as described below:

Princess Pitaya – Dragon fruit and juicy pineapple effervescently come together, bursting with fruit flavor.
Vanilla Cloud Latte – Silky smooth Italian espresso, with a touch of vanilla, creates an indulgence that’s naturally caffeinated.
Golden Passion Fruit – Smooth, tropical and bright, this treat delivers a soft yet refreshing burst of sweet passion fruit.
Beyond collagen, every ingredient was selected for both flavor and function. Matcha, dragon fruit, passion fruit, pineapple, banana, blue spirulina and coffee each contribute unique nutritional benefits including antioxidants, metabolism support, brain function enhancement, anti-inflammatory properties, and support for heart, gut, and skin health. All products are fat-free, except for Matcha Queen. Coconut cream was added to soften the earthiness of green tea, while incorporating the health benefits of coconut.
