Daniel Leighty New Global Sales Vice President at Key Technology

Key Technology, the Walla Walla, Washington-headquartered manufacturer of food sorting, conveying and process automation systems, has promoted Daniel Leighty to the position of global vice president of sales.

Leighty has been with Key since 2007 and has more than 25 years of experience in sales management under his belt. Prior to this promotion, he was global sales operations and managing director of Key’s Netherlands facility. He will continue as managing director of Key Technology BV in Holland while assuming his new post. Previously, he was the managing director of Key’s Belgian facility.

“During his 12 years with Key, Dan has held a number of sales and management positions with increasing responsibilities. He has the leadership skills to inspire and support our sales people to deliver the best customer experiences. Plus, he thoroughly understands our technologies and the nuances of regional markets around the world,” said Louis Vintro, the company’s senior vice president in charge of new products and business development.
