Global bakery manufacturer and distributor Dawn Foods has sold its frozen baked goods manufacturing business in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific (AMEAP) region to Europastry. for an undisclosed price. The transaction includes Dawn’s Steenbergen frozen bakery manufacturing plant in the Netherlands, its R&D unit in Evesham, England, and all associated customer relationships in the markets purchasing Dawn-produced frozen products.

Europastry, In business for more than 30 years, is a family business specialized in the frozen bakery dough sector. Present in more than 80 countries, it operates 22 production plants and has 33 sales.
Jackson, Michigan, USA-headquartered Dawn Foods will continue to manufacture and distribute bakery ingredients across Europe, AMEAP, North America and Latin America. The company employs more than 4,000 people worldwide and a customer base exceeding 50,000 in over 100 countries.
