Ms. HOHO Fried Chicken Ice Cream from New Taipei City, Taiwan-based Hop Hung Food Co. and Meat Zero plant-based meat alternatives from Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CP Foods) of Thailand are among 15 Thaifex-Anugataste Innovation Show Winners in high profile during the ThaiFex-Anuga World of Food Asia 2022 exhibition running from May 24-28 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok.

While the HOHO product looks like a fried chicken drumstick, the novelty is in fact an ice cream treat featuring a crushed cornflakes outer layer that provides a corn aroma. Inside is a filling of Mala seasoned ice cream, making for a combination of sweet and spicy flavor to savor. Visitors to the exhibition can check it out at Booth #N14 in Hall 3.

Hop Hung Food Co. offers a wide assortment of ice cream products, as well as bubble milk tea. In addition to home market sales, exports are shipped to mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, South Korea, the Philippines, Italy and Africa.
