The Franklin, Tennessee-headquartered Hardee’s quick service restaurant chain is menuing a new Frisco Breakfast Burger for a limited time. Available through May 12 and packing 42 grams of protein, it features a 100% USA Angus beef patty stacked with cherrywood smoked bacon and egg, melty American cheese and hash rounds stacked on toasted sourdough (pictured above).
Meanwhile, the lunchtime BBQ Pulled Pork Frisco is back on the menu through April 14. Boasting a chargrilled Angus beef quarter-pound patty, the meat-on-meat sandwich is topped with slow-smoked pulled pork.
For the second year, Hardee’s collaborated with Clifty Farm, a Tennessee brand rooted in BBQ craftsmanship. Hand-rubbed and slow-smoked for 16 hours over hardwood, the pulled pork delivers bold, authentic barbecue flavor. Topped with melted American cheese, crispy onions, pickles and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce on signature Frisco Bread, the protein-rich product is a multi-layered flavor experience.
For those with a sweet tooth, Hardee’s is bringing back the Strawberry Lemon Biscuit topped with a drizzle of icing. It’s available in single, double or four-pack servings during breakfast.
“Quality isn’t just a promise; it’s how we do business,” said Sarah Breymaier, vice president of brand marketing. “Whether it’s our charbroiled 100% Angus beef burgers or hand-scooped shakes, every item on the menu is made with care.”
