The popular soft drink brand Vimto has teamed up with British dessert producer Vittles Foods to create what is being promoted as a “refreshingly different but unmistakably” Vimto Cheesecake, exclusively for Iceland and Food Warehouse retail outlets.
The velvety baked cheesecake, set on a digestive biscuit crumb base and topped with a Vimto original flavored glaze, is now available at Iceland stores across the United Kingdom and online.
This convenient summer dessert has been handcrafted by Vittles using the Vimto secret recipe, featuring grape, blackcurrant and raspberry flavors. Distribution is in 400-gram packs selling at an RRP of £3.
“We are delighted to have created this dessert with Vimto, and think it makes perfect summer eating and accurately reflects the fruity, refreshing taste of the Vimto drink,” said Alastair Crimp, sales director at Vittles Foods.

The product is ready to serve after removal from the freezer, placed on a serving plate and defrosted to five hours in one’s home refrigerator.
