Tom Cat Bakery, a New York City-based artisan bakery, has announced expansion into nationwide distribution through Dot Foods, the largest food industry redistributor in North America. The company’s premium selection of fully baked frozen breads is now available to distributors across the United States, allowing
them to purchase one case or multiple pallets of Tom Cat’s signature products with minimal lead time.

“We are thrilled to partner with Dot and bring our unique breads to a wider audience,” said President Keith Bleier. “We continue to handcraft our bread in New York City as we have for over 35 years. With the support of Dot Foods, we can now provide that same four-star experience to chefs across the country.”

Tom Cat’s fully baked frozen breads include signature products like northeast heirloom sourdough batard made with red fife wheat, as well as brioche burger buns, and brioche farmhouse cheddar pull-apart rolls.

“Our breads have been a staple among Michelin star and James Beard award-winning chefs in New York,” said Robert Pim, vice president of frozen sales. “We believe that the combination of our premium products and Dot Foods’ extensive distribution network will make this partnership a huge success.”
