Symphonie Pasquier has added L’Agrume Mandarine Nougat de Montélimar to its range of frozen entremets. Positioned as “the dessert of the summer season,” the light and tangy sweet treat features distinctive layers of airy almond sponge, crunchy Montélimar nougat, vanilla mousse and mandarin puree, finished with juicy mandarin slices. Even after defrosting, flavors and textures retain their freshly made appeal, making it a sure-fire way for restaurants and cafes elevate their menu.

“With our refreshing entremets, caterers can add a dash of French flair to their summer menu with ease,” said Matt Grenter, the company’s Milton Keynes-based foodservice sales manager for the United Kingdom. “Each entremet is hand finished by our pâtissiers, so caterers can simply thaw and serve with minimal preparation. We recommend serving a small portion of L’Agrume Mandarine Nougat de Montélimar along with our other entremets to offer a dessert tasting plate to customers who can choose to share or not.”

Versatility is at the heart of Symphonie Pasquier and caterers have complete flexibility over how they serve the new product, as it is delivered in a bar that can be easily portioned to fit the occasion.
