Nestlé announced on May 30 that Anna Manz, currently chief financial officer and a member of the board for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) will replace François-Xavier Roger as executive vice president and chief financial officer, who has decided to leave after eight years to pursue new professional challenges.

Manz will join the Vevey, Switzerland-headquartered multinational food and drink processing conglomerate as chief financial officer as soon as she is released from her present duties. At that time, she will also become a member of the executive board of Nestlé S.A. as an executive vice president. In order to ensure a smooth transition, Roger will remain on the job until his successor’s arrival.
