This summer the FatBoy ice cream sandwich brand is going big with the drop of four new products and launch of its first-ever national paid advertising campaign in the United States, which includes a “full-throttle celebration of everything thick, creamy and unapologetically indulgent.”
Below are descriptions of the latest sandwich and sandwich pop flavors that consumers will find in the freezer aisles of supermarkets and other food retail stores across the USA.
• Hot Fudge Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich: a thick slab of classic FatBoy Vanilla ice cream, loaded with a core of hot fudge packed between two chewy chocolate brownies.
• Cinnamon Churro Ice Cream Sandwich: a generous slab of real FatBoy Vanilla ice cream, surrounding a smooth caramel core – all sandwiched between two cinnamon packed churro cookies.
• Mint Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Sandwich Pop: a whole FatBoy Mint ice cream sandwich, dipped in rich chocolatey coating and smothered in cookie crumbles all served on a stick (ice cream bar style).
• Birthday Cake Ice Cream Sandwich Pop: a whole FatBoy Birthday Cake ice cream sandwich dipped in smooth white frosting and coated in crunchy party sprinkles all served on a stick (ice cream bar style).

Both the ice cream sandwiches (six packs) and sandwich pops (four packs) will sell for an average price of $5.99 per package, however, all pricing is at the discretion of retailers.
“FatBoy is about leaning into joy, with zero filters and absolutely no substitutions,” said Russell Stokes, chief executive officer of Casper’s Ice Cream, the brand’s family-owned and operated producer. “We’ve been quietly making America’s #1 Ice Cream Sandwich for 40 years and now, it’s time to shout it from the rooftops. In fact, we make more than 500,000 FatBoy ice cream sandwiches every single day, and more than 130 million are consumed each year. With these four bold new flavors, we’re turning up the volume on what makes FatBoy special, including thick ice cream, outrageous combinations and an unapologetic love for full-flavor fun.”
Casper’s Ice Cream was founded by dairyman and entrepreneur Casper Merrill in 1925, when Casco Nut Sundaes on a stick were introduced. Today, in addition to the popular FatBoy range, it also produces Jolly Llama sorbet pops, cones, and dairy-free sandwiches, as well as and Churnbaby ice cream cookie cup novelties.
