Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches has launched S’mores, a limited-edition flavor created in partnership with the National Park Foundation in the United States. Available exclusively at select Target stores, the new flavor “celebrates the simple joy of gathering around a campfire and making memories outdoors,” proclaims a press release issued by the Richmond, Virginia-based company. Sales from this officially licensed collaboration will support the Foundation’s mission to protect national parks.
S’mores features honey graham cookies sandwiching rich chocolate toasted marshmallow ice cream swirled with ribbons of marshmallow fluff. The flavor captures the nostalgic taste of a toasted campfire s’more while delivering the elevated ingredients and handcrafted quality that have become synonymous with the Nightingale brand.

For Nightingale CEO and Co-Founder Hannah Pollack, the collaboration is deeply personal. Growing up, some of her favorite memories were made outdoors, and today she remains an avid adventurer with a personal goal of visiting every national park in the United States over the next five years.
“There’s something magical about gathering around a campfire at the end of a day spent outdoors,” she said. “Whether you’re watching the sunset over a mountain range, sharing stories with friends, or making s’mores with your family, those moments stay with you forever. We wanted to create a flavor that captures that sense of wonder, adventure, and nostalgia in every bite.”
The launch reflects Nightingale’s continued commitment to transforming familiar childhood desserts into frozen novelties crafted with premium ingredients. Since its founding in 2016, the company has built a devoted following by combining scratch-baked cookies, 14% butterfat ice cream, and handcrafted inclusions inspired by classic American desserts.
