“We’ve launched Craft Pizza in the United Kingdom with the firm belief that frozen doesn’t have to mean compromise,” said James Nice, key account manager at Spalding, England-based Freiberger UK. “With almost 50 years of experience in pizza making, Freiberger has perfected recipes that deliver the taste, texture and quality of a fresh restaurant pizza, straight from your freezer.”

The new Thin Crust Takeaway Meat Feast variety boasts a stone baked pizza base topped with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, beef and ham layered on top of tomato sauce and a doughy base. It’s ready to serve after 12-14 minutes of oven preparation.
“As more consumers seek affordable, convenient and delicious meals, frozen is finally getting the recognition it deserves,” said Mr. Nice. “With consumers increasingly embracing frozen for its environmental and nutritional benefits, combined with our decades of expertise, we’re confident this new launch will lead the way in innovation in the UK pizza market.”
