Farm Stand Cauliflower Burgers and Turk’y Burger New from Dr. Praeger

Elmwood Park, New Jersey, USA-based Dr. Praeger’s Sensible Foods has kicked off September with the introduction of limited edition Farm Stand Cauliflower Burgers and the newly launched plant-based Perfect Turk’y Burger.

Special recipe Cauliflower Burgers were created to support struggling farmers during the difficult and challenging Covid-19 pandemic period. The gluten-free product – now available at Citarella stores in New York City and the East End of Long Island, as well as online at OurHarvest.com – features non-GMO verified cauliflower, cremini mushrooms, peas, zucchini, parsley and scallions sourced from farms in New York and New Jersey. All sale proceeds will be donated to the local farming community and to food pantries to help fight hunger.

The Perfect Turk’y Burger has the look, taste and texture of a patty featuring real turkey, but without animal meat and made only with clean ingredients. Packed with 20g Pure Plant Protein and infused with carrots, sweet potatoes and butternut squash, the product is plant-based, gluten-free, soy-free and non-GMO project verified.
