Gelagri, one of the main European processors of IQF vegetables and added value products, decided to bet on atypical vegetables. The company, based in the west of France, launched its new collection of frozen “extra-ordinary” vegetables: Butternut squash, sweet potato, Parsnip etc. Gelagri proposes these products in two different ways: as a single product and some prepared portions, such as gratins, soups, purées, or even fried or steam-cooked! With this new collection, Gelagri found a way to satisfy both cuisine lovers and finger-food addicts.
