Oreo Frozen Treats Introduces Mint Bars, Sandwiches and Scoopable Tub

Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day on March 17, Mondelēz International is expanding its Oreo Mint Frozen Treats lineup to include snackable bars and sandwiches, as well as a 14 oz scoopable tub.

“It’s been two years since the Oreo brand first debuted in the freezer aisle with Oreo Frozen Treats, but we aren’t slowing down.” said Caroline Suppiger, East Hanover, New Jersey-based senior associate brand manager in the USA. “Oreo is always testing new ways to reinvent our unique and fan-favorite cookie This philosophy extends to the Frozen Treats line as well, which is why this year we are so excited to expand our mint portfolio with three new tasty frozen treat varieties.”

Details of the new releases, which are now available in supermarkets and grocery stores across the USA, follow:

• Oreo Mint Bars, featuring a sweet mint creme-flavored base packed with Oreo cookie pieces, dipped in a coating made from crushed Oreo wafer pieces.

• Mint Sandwiches, also boasting a sweet mint creme-flavored base mixed with Oreo cookie pieces, sandwiched between two big Oreo cookie wafers.

• Mint 14oz tubs feature a mint creme-flavored base with Oreo cookie pieces packed in a scoopable tub that makes it easy to enjoy the frozen treat however one desires.
