Rite Stuff Foods will introduce a number of new frozen finger food products designed for the store brand sector at the Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) trade show, November 16-18, in Chicago, Illinois. Among the offerings presented at Booth F1238 in the North Hall will be Breakfast Pancake Dippers (pictured above) filled with a hearty mix of potato, bacon, sausage, cheese and egg ingredients.
Also in the spotlight will be savory Potato Bites. Made from premium Certified Grown in Idaho Potatoes, they are slowly oven-baked to allow natural sugars beneath the skin to caramelize. This gentle process creates an exceptional depth of flavor, a crisp texture and an enticing aroma. Available in five varieties, they may be served as a light snack or a side dish.

Then there’s the Wedge with an Edge. Featuring a crisp bite and rich potato flavor, the product comes in a range of cut sizes that keep their shape in heated displays, making them as menu item for restaurants, snack bars and catering services.
“Our products are proudly made in the USA and perfectly suited for both retail and foodservice,” said Curt Snyder, chief executive officer of Jerome, Idaho-based Rite Stuff Foods, a member of the Rietberg, Germany-headquartered Frostkrone Food Group. “We combine American food expertise with global flavor trends.”
