The 60th running of the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City, which will take place from June 29 to July 1 at the Javits Center, will herald the first trade tasting for a gluten-free pasta line from Lynn, Massachusetts, USA-based Sauces ’n Love, Inc. The Tagliatelle, Rigatoni and Gnocchi, offerings to be served are said to have a premium gourmet taste that surpasses many traditional wheat pastas in flavor and consistency, while pairing well with the brand’ sauces.
“Our pasta forges a new niche in the frozen and refrigerated section, with everything you need for supreme gluten-free dining,” said Paolo Volpati-Kedra, founder of the company, which will hold forth at booth #4828 at the Specialty Food Association-organized show.
Sauces ’n Love Gluten Free Pasta joins a growing pantry of products from the company. Also available to see and sample in New York will be its refrigerated Nut-Free Pesto, which is in the running for a coveted SOFI award against two other finalists in the Perishable Food Product category competition.
More than 180,000 products from 2,400 exhibitors hailing from 80 countries and regions will be on exhibit at the three-day event. More information about the show is available at the organizer’s website: www.specialtyfood.com.
