Upcoming ICA Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show in UK Laden with Goodies

The Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show is slated to take place at the Yorkshire Events Centre in Harrogate, England, from February 7-9. The UK Ice Cream Alliance (ICA) is especially organized to appear to producers and retailers.

Another highlight will be an appearance by renowned Italian celebrity chef Gennaro Contaldo, mentor to Jaime Oliver. He will be signing copies of a new book, Gennaro’s Cucina on February 8.
