SeaPak Shrimp & Seafood, the top selling retail frozen shrimp brand in the USA within the specialty seafood category, is adding to its product portfolio with three additional products debuting this month: Chili Lime Shrimp, Breaded Flounder Tenders and Breaded Scallops.
The new SKUs were inspired by emerging menu trends, consumer preference data, and shoppers’ growing desire for species differentiation and globally inspired flavors. Flounder has grown 13% on menus in the United States during the past year, while Chili Lime is projected to grow 22% over the next four years, with especially strong resonance among Gen Z consumers. Breaded Scallops ranked as the top-performing seafood snack concept in recent consumer research.
Details about the latest products follow:
Breaded Scallops. MSC-certified Patagonian scallops (pictured above) in a delicately seasoned, crispy coating offer a unique, restaurant-quality seafood option rarely available to consumers. Each serving contains eight grams of protein.

Chili Lime Shrimp. Zesty chili spices, bright lime and a coating of 100% butter deliver an on-trend, globally inspired flavor profile. Ready in minutes via sauté pan or oven. Features BAP-certified shrimp and 11 grams of protein per serving (two per box).
Breaded Flounder Tenders. Mild, flaky, MSC-certified flounder in a versatile tender format makes an ideal meal for families and for snacking. Can be cooked in an air fryer or oven in under 10 minutes. Each serving contains 7 grams of protein.
