Scott & Jon’s frozen seafood meals are now available at more than 1,000 Food Lion grocery outlets in the USA. The launch significantly expands the Auburn, Maine-based company’s availability across markets in the nation’s Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states, with products available in stores as well as through Food Lion’s online pickup and delivery services.
The expansion comes as Scott & Jon’s continues to significantly outpace the broader frozen meal category. According to SPINS market research data, the company’s dollar sales grew 15% in total multi-outlets ( grocery stores, mass merchandisers, drug stores, club stores (excluding Costco), dollar stores, and military commissaries) for the 52-week period ending on July 12, 2026.
The Scott & Jon’s offerings stocked in Food Lion freezer cases this month include:
• Shrimp Alfredo – Shrimp and pasta in a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce serving up 25 grams of protein.
• Cajun Style Shrimp Alfredo – Shrimp and pasta in Alfredo sauce with a bold Cajun flavor (20 grams protein).
• Creamy Herb Pasta with Salmon – Atlantic salmon with broccoli and pasta in a creamy lemon herb sauce (20 grams of protein).
• Baja Fish Taco Bowl – Wild-caught white fish with rice, black beans, corn and vegetables in a zesty Baja-style sauce (18 grams of protein).
“Expanding into Food Lion is an exciting milestone for us and an important step in making seafood more accessible to consumers,” said Scott Demers, the company’s co-founder and co-chief executive officer. “Food Lion shares our commitment to delivering great value without compromising on quality. We’re excited to introduce our products to more shoppers and give them an easy, delicious way to enjoy more seafood.”
The Food Lion launch builds on Scott & Jon’s continued retail expansion and growing consumer demand for convenient, high-quality seafood options. Pairing shrimp and fish with familiar flavors and the convenience of frozen meals makes it easier for consumers to enjoy seafood at home more often without the time and preparation typically associated with cooking the dishes.
