Mammoth Creameries Debuts More Keto-friendly Frozen Custard Treats

Austin, Texas-based Mammoth Creameries has released three new low-sugar, full-fat flavors of frozen custard formulated to appeal to ketogenic dieters diabetic-conscious consumers.The Butter Coffee, Strawberry and Butter Pecan offerings are now available for delivery throughout the USA, and can be found in the freezer aisles of Harmon’s Grocery stores in Utah.

Distributed in pint-size (473mL) containers, the frozen custard desserts are  made with a sweet cream base of 100% grass-fed butter, high-quality heavy cream and egg yolks to offer a nutritious and delicious ice cream option for anyone keeping an eye on sugar intake.

The new products expand upon the existing range of four low-carb frozen custards. Brief descriptions of the offerings follow.

• Butter Coffee: This treat features a blend of subtle coffee notes and a creamy texture complemented by the smoothness of 100% grass-fed butter. Net carbohydrates: 3 grams per serving

• Strawberry: Unsweetened strawberry puree is mixed into a sweet cream base to achieve a juicy and refreshing custard option that’s contained 5 grams of net Net carbs per serving.

• Butter Pecan: Buttery notes complement the crunch of pecans in this American favorite. The net carb count is two 2 grams per serving.
