Nashville, Tennessee, USA-headquartered Captain D’s, ranked as the nation’s leading fast casual seafood restaurant chain, on June 15 launched a family meals promotion that will run through September 20.
As part of the promotion, it is debuting a Fish & Chicken Family Meal, which boasts six batter dipped fish fillets and six breaded chicken tenders, served with eight hush puppies and choice of two family-style side dishes such as macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli, french fries, cole slaw, green beans or fried okra for $24.99. Additionally, two Southern summertime favorites are back on the menu for a limited time: fried green tomatoes and key lime pie.
“Captain D’s Family Meals are a great way to feed the family effortlessly,” said Bindi Menon, the company’s vice president of national marketing. “They offer great selection and variety, and are sure to be a hit with all members of the family.”
In addition to the limited time Fish & Chicken Family Meal (pictured above), Captain D’s offers deals year-round with its 10 Piece Fish and 14 Piece Chicken Family Meals, as well as its Seafood Feast, complete with 12 pieces of batter dipped fish, a dozen crispy butterfly shrimp, three seafood stuffed crab shells, 12 hush puppies and a choice of two family-style side dishes.
The chain operates more than 530 restaurants in 23 states. Founded in 1969 and acquired by Sentinel Capital Partners in 2017, Captain D’s has been offering customers high-quality seafood at reasonable prices in a welcoming atmosphere for more than 50 years.
